I would be looking at my phone and it appeared as though fromsomeone had control of it, going screen to app to keyboard and I wasn't touching the screen. My credit card information was stolen and someone tried to make purchases with it. Settings in my phone would change "on their own." Lots of peculiar and unsettling things. Since leaving AT&T we've had no problems.

I've been a loyal customer for many many years. This is getting ridiculous. I'm getting spam calls all day long. I have been getting spam calls under one name but a different first 3 numbers and they call all day every day

I’m getting a ridiculous amount of spam calls EVERYDAY sometimes 3-4 times a day & they keep switching the area code to make it seem like it’s someone but always the same thing it’s annoying!! I can’t even stop the calls & I don’t know who to answer anymore. Customer we're about 60 years lately I have gotten multiple alerts about my information being leaked on the dark web. Was that being said it's been multiple times a week and I also just had somebody try to adopt a kid in my name so that's good. Really sick of this dad to breach crap and it's really sick of the dark web with my name being all a bird.

I've received several letters from ATT with apps to use for security and free credit monitoring. It's in my husband's name and he passed in 2022. It's my info though, so do I count even though my husband isn't?

I was a former AT &T customer for over 20 years. I changed to Spectra with the same cell number I had with AT &T. I don’t want a security in place for me to enroll in. I want the money owed to me.

They constantly change my account number without my permission and I think it’s so that a lawsuit such as this will be harder to pinpoint. I had contemplating contacting the FCC commission regarding this breach and AT&Ts non- compliance in notifying me.

Yes I was an AT&T before 2020 I have home internet and a house phone with them. Now i has access with where I WiFi with on my television and it is on my cellphone. I only know pass code 5459 I don't know my account number.

I hung up the phone and I received an email stating that my password has been changed and did not authorized anyone to change my password. However, I immediately call at&t at 7:23 spoke with customer service staff by the name of Morgan and request to speak with a manager I spoke with manager by the name of Bobby and disappointed because he was telling me e don't see anything about the view of the Apple iPad pro 13 or anything about my password was updated In addition, he doesn't think it's a Breach.
